		<description>Rest and recuperation aren&#039;t just &#039;use&#039;ful, they&#039;re vital.  Similarly,  time in solitude, time in meditation, time in relaxation and time with friends.

The point is to prioritise - do that which is useful to you, while actively eschewing that which is not.  

As you inferred (correctly, I believe) - to determine what is useful to you, look to your goals.</description>

		<description>Ah yes, but &#039;use&#039; can be broadly defined.  Resting, to gain energy for the next task is useful, as can be fun and socialising.  Balance is key.  I guess it depends on how you define your goals, pure productivity or productive quality of life?  We are not machines.</description>
